The worst visit, I was attended to by Lilia galanesi whose behavior was both discriminatory and racist. This conduct is unacceptable in any setting, especially within a medical environment where trust and respect should be paramount. Furthermore, despite seeking assistance for my wounded foot, Lilia Galanesi displayed a lack of competence in basic medical procedures. Lilly is the best PCP I have ever been to in my 51 years. The compassionate care she provides is top tier. I have several medical issues one being quite rare and a bit of medical anxiety. She never dismisses any of my concerns even when they might be a bit weird. She is straight forward when she needs to be with me but her timing is always spot on. The world is a better place with Lilly in it:)
