Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Reasonable price
Recent service was not as thorough. I asked if the usual ”condenser pills” to keep the drain trays clear were installed. Technician said no, he did not have any. Disappointed. We continue to trust Lilly but this was a disappointing experience. We have a twice a year maintenance contact. Walt
Noah was an absolute pleasure to meet. He was polite, friendly, asked if I had any questions, removed his shoes when he came in (although I told him that was not necessary), and I think he did a thorough job. I was very impressed and he will be coming back in the Fall.
