Quick, as always, on time and professional. Figured out the problem and scheduled worked needed to fix it.
My 30 year old ac went out in August temperatures. I got schedule for a next day appointment. Travis showed up on time. He was very friendly. I was fortunate with the diagnosis. One electric heat strip was malfunctioning and running along with the ac unit. My ac was back up and running at peak performance. Travis neber tried to sell me anything that I did not currently need. The price was very fair and NO OVERSELLING. I know that the 30 year old unit will eventually need replacing and i know who I will call for the job based... read more
