We purchased a brand new home from them in 2013. The cheapest materials that could be used, were used. One person bought 3 units next to us. They provided him with complete wood flooring top to bottom, while carpeting our top. We picked out a color for our walls and they did a completely opposite color. They put little effort into our place and when we asked for things to be fixed we were presented with an attitude.
