Originally, half way through my "treatment" I posted a dissatisfaction review. I was frustrated with my progress and the lack of professionalism with this location and its staff.. Later I decided to take it down bc I was encouraged and reassured that things would get better. Well they didn't. My initial facial was wonderful . However, beware! They scam you into signing for more treatments that amount into thousands of dollars. After I have had an awful experience with a facial peel that left me in excruciating pain and when I went to talk to them, no one returned a call. I went again and left another message for Giovanni and never heard anything back! The worst customer service you can imagine! No one ever checks on how your skin looks afterwards! Stopped by to check out some of their skin products and got such great help from a girl named Alex. Fantastic atmosphere.
Buyer beware. I had a package deal. everytime I had a new girl, they did the treatment different, I did not get the results that I was supposed. Owner agree. However I didn't want any more treatments. Bad experiences. The owner turned around active $$$$ loan. I am forced to pay on and no treatment done. I have see better Spas who do the same procedure way better.
