Very unethical business practices. They will flat out lie to you. They cover up the fact that there is no return, put a receipt over the part that says this. I had concerns about the procedures they recommended and told the "nurse" about my concerns. I was told services were non invasive and none of my concerns were real, but found out that was not true.
