I visited Lilly Beauty for a facial and although I did not receive the same facial that I seen on instagram, I still enjoyed my facial because it had to be customized to my skin. The space was welcoming, and the staff, particularly Sonja and Dominique, were professional and knowledgeable. Dominique gave me an amazing facial, answered all my questions, and helped me create a skincare plan. Great experience! I went for the promo facial. Initially, I did not know what to expect (as I am extreme picky with my skin). I can say that I was pleasantly surprised. My esthetician was great, knowledgeable and you could tell that skin is her passion. I will definitely return!
This place cancelled my reservation that was confirmed for 3 days the day before my appointment. They said they were overbooked. Extremely disappointing as I had reserved this to treat myself the day before my baby shower
I feel that the “promotion call” from this medspa was a scam. I paid $80 for the promotional facial, and the entire service was a complete disappointment. All they did was cleanse my face, use a steamer, perform a few extractions, apply a scrub for about five minutes, shine an LED light on my face, put on a gel mask, and finish with a moisturizer.
