Walked in on a Saturday morning a few minutes after they opened. Very friendly employee at the front told us she would be right with us as she prepared the previous customer's bagel and cream cheese. I'm not sure why they don't have 2 employees up front to handle orders because this lovely gal was stretched handling people's questions, taking orders, and making coffees.
