It's very quiet and peaceful and the office lady is very nice and caring
If I could give this company a 0, I would. Wouldn’t answer calls, whether it was to the office, the TWP corporate number, or any phone number posted on their TWP website. Didn’t have a/c for multiple days. My apartment was 90 and no one would answer the phone. The maintenance guy FINALLY came to fix it after I caught him in the parking lot. Paid pet rent when I shouldn’t have. Zero communication other than them asking for EXTRA money for cleaning when I moved out, but I paid multiple deposits when I initially moved in.
