I went to this shop a couple days ago ,. I bought a 2 beautiful hats than I came back today to buy another hat and I will be back in the fall to buy 1 more hat .The Owner and all the Staff are all fantastic .I am very greatful and Thankful I found this great store . I am wild about this place! My sister and I stumbled upon it one night on a visit to Toronto. It was closed, so we came back the next day. I wasn't in the market for a hat, but after checking out their website, I spotted a cute number called "Slim" that I knew I had to have. They didn't have it in stuck but the lovely owner, Karyn said that she could make it and ship it to me in NY. I received it yesterday. It came well packaged in a hat box. I have over 50 hats , made in countries like Italy, Ireland, Scotland, England, France, and several others. The Lilliput Hat that I just received is easily the gem of my collection. The quality and style are head and shoulders above my other hats. Karyn answered all my questions and then ordering the hat was easy. I received updates in a timely manner on the progress of making my hat and it exceeded my expectations when I received it. Absolutely top notch in every way.
This is a gem of a shop. Everyone who works there is lovely; they have a great sense of style and its variations. I am immensely pleased with the two hats that I picked up there -- one custom made for summer and the other a felt fedora for the cooler months. I would give this an unqualified five stars and urge everyone whose fond of hats, male and female, to check them out.
