Fantastic experience. Never bought a hat like this before but wanted something other than a baseball cap. Service was excellent, very patient and informative while I tried on what felt like everything. They were able to make adjustments on the spot to get the perfect fit and I walked away with a brand new hat which I adore. Will be back to get a hat for the winter season as well.
