My fiancé dropped off a hat, late May of this year. With that being said it is now October 22nd we have been waiting for lillington Embroidery & Printing for the last 5 months. We have contacted them several times throughout the last couple of months with very little response. Today I decided to call and see if the hat was finished, a man answers the phone and says what hat? What color? Who brought the hat? Very detail orientated and on time. I had a great experience from picking out what I needed, the estimate and prices if getting it approved from the corporate office and SO happy with the finished product. The owner is very hands on in and great to work with. They also do great plaques that we got for the hchs swim team and they looked great as well.
