I started seeing Lillie every week after having some pelvic pain and bladder issues during my pregnancy and she has given me so many tools and helpful tricks to address those issues during our sessions that I can also use at home. Towards the end of my pregnancy we transitioned to labor prep which has helped me feel so much more prepared and grounded as a first time mom! Dr Lillie is extremely professional and knowledgeable. To say that she has improved my quality of life is an understatement. From day one she was very organized and as time went on she equipped me with many tools to use during work, exercise and at home. She worked with my Physicians to make a plan that best suited me. I am now lifting weights again and physically and mentally in a much better place than I was 10 months ago.
