Dr. Lillie is amazing. I emailed her on a holiday weekend not expecting to hear back until the next business day but she contacted me just a few hours later. She got me setup for an appointment ASAP. I was having some pretty severe sciatic nerve pain postpartum and she got me all fixed up! Dr. Lillie is very knowledgeable and professional. She’s the best!

I worked with Lillie at Deep Roots Physical Therapy, and I’m so glad I did. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really took the time to understand what I was going through. I came in with tailbone pain, pelvic floor issues, and some hip pain, and Lillie helped with all of it. What I appreciated most is that she didn’t just treat the symptoms; she gave me practical tools and exercises I can keep using at home if anything comes up again. I felt really supported throughout the whole process. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Deep Roots Physical Therapy for anything pelvic floor related. I saw Dr. Lillie specifically for Leakage and a few other things. I've dealt with it since having my first daughter in 2012 and I was so tired of dealing with it. She helped me so much!! I would highly recommend Deep Roots Physical Therapy!!

I decided to start pelvic floor therapy during my pregnancy and it was the best decision! I learned so much about preparing for labor and delivery, strengthening my pelvic floor, etc. and because of that, I had a very positive birth experience with a much better recovery than I had with a previous birth. Highly recommend Deep Roots!
