I had high hopes for this location because of the great reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The website states to arrive early to fill out paperwork, so I arrived 20 minutes before my 2:15 appointment. However, the therapist arrived only about 2 minutes before the appointment time to unlock the spa. Because of that, I had to fill out the paperwork through the first 10 minutes of my massage time, which was then cut short, but I was still charged the full price. I had the most immaculate and caring customer service from this facility And I plan to be a lifelong customer because of it! I am a handicapped customer, and unfortunately, was not able to make my appointment due to time and travel constraints.The staff was so understanding and accommodating that I'll be treating my sister and I to their wonderful services because I need more people to know how wonderful they are! It is truly wonderful to have such a beautiful facility.Now , part of my regimen , for health and wellness!
Kindest staff ever. More affordable compared to other spas in the west loop and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend the custom massages if you have specific areas you like. Absolutely recommend!!
Rose is SO great - I don't typically feel like massages are very productive, but Rose hit all my spots and I was so relaxed. Will be back!
