Update: the owner reached out to me and made an attempt to rectify things. For that level of professionalism, I’m moving my review back up to five stars because this really is an amazing place. However Hilde needs to really be careful with her force my shoulder does not feel right since being here. Once I have time to have it checked out further, but completely insane I have to make a doctors appt after coming here with Hilde. I’ve learned a lesson to speak up with more force in the moment.
