TSA PreCheck Traumatized is my experience here that lady actually the two ladies were UNPROFESSIONAL, INHUMANE, IMPATIENT to this individual with disabilities. Surprised I was charged a convenience fee for Amazon/UPS drop-off. Package was sealed and labeled, needed nothing. Got charged. Rep didn’t mention the fee when I called earlier in the day to ensure they were legit. Transparency is always good.
I went here for my TSA Pre-Check enrollment appointment, and they were so lovely and efficient! The staff explained the process so clearly. From the time I walked it the door, it only took four minutes to complete my check-in, do the Pre-Check interview, and scan my fingerprints. Highly recommend using this location for your TSA Pre-Check appointment!
The staff are always so kind and helpful, it’s a gift to have a place like this in the neighborhood
