it's filthy and nasty...moldy and has mice droppings inside the drawers. The community bathroom is gross, the shower curtain is black with mold and the floor hasn't been washed in ages and the toilet rocks when you sit on it and hasn't been cleaned either...the bathrooms in the trailers are bolted shut so you cannot use them. You must provide your own propane if you want hot water to do dishes and/or cook on the stove or gas grill.
