I love estate jewelry so I thought I hit the jackpot finding this place but the sales woman was Very cold and unwelcoming. She seemed put out and unwilling to do her job so we left and bought several pieces from our favorite shop instead.
We had never been here but it came up when researching places that buy gold jewelry so we went. What a delightful store! Absolutely loved it! The selection is vast, definitely something for everyone. We received a great price for our gold and also ended up purchasing a fabulous ring. Customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend!
I came in to have some gold evaluated for scrap. The greeting I received was cold and judgemental. Whispered exchanges and glances made toward me whilst weighing items. Not only was I quoted at least $300 under value, one of my necklaces was not returned to me. I would not recommend this store if you are not up to their expectations. Please check your items before leaving the store.
