The PA at this location was very thorough. However, the front office staff is little to be desired. The day I saw the PA I needed a follow up. Again their systems were “down” nit the first time this office used that excuse. Any ways , I was supposed to get a call to set up the appointment. After a week of not getting the call, I called them. “ we will call you back” I hear again from them… still no return call to set up a follow up. A real unprofessional office. Guessing I will have to contact Community Care with the VA .
