I had Darvin winterize my RV this morning and he was professional, courteous and very thorough. I had Darvin repair water leaks in my RV this past spring which had allegedly been repaired by the dealer last fall but the leaks continued. Darvin took the time to find the root of the problem and resolve it correctly. I haven't had any leaks since. I can't speak highly enough about Darvin and his work ethic. You can trust him to do a great job no matter what you need to have done to your RV. I highly recommend his services.
I had a problem with my hot water heater and contacted Lillian RV Repair. Darvin found the problem, ordered the part needed and notified me as soon as the part came in. Came out to the campgrounds, replaced the part and fixed a few other minor issues I had. He advised me of the price ahead of time, let me know when he could come out to make sure it fit my schedule and handled the issues very professionally. I contacted Lillian RV repairs due to two separate water leaks in my RV which had me very concerned about the potential for long term damage. Darvin responded quickly and provided excellent communication in regard to when I could expect him at the campground to work on my RV. He told me ahead of time what the fee would be for him to come to the campground as well as the approximate fee for him to complete the repairs so that I knew what to expect ahead of time.
