The absolute worst service I’ve gotten from a doctors office. I’ve been going to Dr. Jones for about 2-3 years now, and her staff is just rude and horrible. They’re not every helpful, and are very unprofessional when it comes to handling situations. I went to get my depo shot, as the nurse asks me what I’m here for today even though they called to schedule the appointment. I love Dr, Jones. Sweetest most honest OB I've ever had.
Dr. Jones is incredible but she needs a new staff. I waited 2 hours for an appointment and once I went up to the counter I was told that I was put on the wrong schedule. Whatever that means. I will not be going back due to staff issues.
I can honestly say I’ve been in this waiting room for almost an hour now and I don’t have time for this I work for a living too. I already know it’s gonna be a 2 hour long ass process. The staff seems confused at all times. I said that I didn’t have the portion that I was told I needed to pay since my insurance only pays so much.
