I've had nothing but great experienced with Dr. Lopez, who was recommended to me by a family member. She's warm and curious and listens well to my concerns. I'm very happy with her!
Very good doctor. She tales the time to listen to you and cares about your needs.
She walked into the office and didn’t even say hello or anything. Very impersonal, she assumed things that were not true. Basically a very cold person. She acted like she could care less. I would never have her as my PP!!!
I bring my in-laws to dr Lopez, she is amazing and takes the time to talk to you and answer any questions. My in laws do not speak English and having access to a doctor face to face who can communicate with them is a dream come true. I personally have gone to lake county family practice for my entire life and I love all of their doctors and staff.
Had to edit my first review with my experience today. They were nice enough to get me in, after an ER visit 5 days ago at 10:30am but, when I got there at 10am (always early) I sat there until 10:50am watching everyone else that came in after me go in before me. Finally had enough. Walked to the counter and told them my complaint and that I'm leaving. Found another primary care doctor the same day that told me this would never happen in their office.
