I tried to make an appointment today I started the convo off with “is dr Lopez accepting new patients” then Michelle told me I couldn’t make my first appointment a physical. So I let her know what was wrong with me since she said “I couldn’t make an appointment with a doctor for no reason”, after hearing my issue she told me to go to urgent care. wish i could leave a 0. Dr. Lopez is one of the worst doctors I have seen. I was put on a medicine and told her it made me feel awful, instead of switching she upped my dosage, come to find out that medication wasn’t allowed to mix with my other medicine i have been on for years. Her tone is always very dull and almost like she doesn’t believe you when you tell her how you’re feeling, she is always second guessing as well, she told me a medicine would make me tired and when i mentioned it she said she never told me that. Like so many others stated the appointment was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The nurse was the only pleasant one. It took Dr. Lopez 40 minutes to come in the room and when she did she was cold, dismissive and not attentive at all. She faced the computer the entire time and was not welcoming. No concern was fully addressed she stayed in for all of 5 minutes and I left with more questions than I came with. I've had nothing but great experienced with Dr. Lopez, who was recommended to me by a family member. She's warm and curious and listens well to my concerns. I'm very happy with her!
Very good doctor. She tales the time to listen to you and cares about your needs.
