As a new customer, I saw a lovely arrangement on the website and called to check if the flowers were in stock before ordering. That was the beginning of the best service I’ve experienced. The arrangement couldn’t be found in her collection so I sent her a photo. Sally was so easy to talk to and certainly patient. The next morning I received a text and photo of the flowers.
