I had the best experience with Dr Zimmerman. She was very caring and explained everything very detailed. I was very happy with her and the staff. Everything was great!
Dr. Zimmerman is a very empathetic, support, and patient doctor. She does an excellent job explaining the treatment plan, what is needed from the patient's end to increase the chance of success and appropriately communicating both good and bad news. She referred to an excellent OB after a successful transfer, but if I could have continued under her care for the duration of the pregnancy, that would have been great. She also has an excellent team of nurses, office workers, and co-physicians.
I genuinely wonder if she's aware of the rudeness and volume of her receptionist. It feels like talking to a blaring foghorn. If thats the first impression you want they may as well shut down. It turns people away
