Heather has been really neuroaffirming. I was able to voice my sensory needs and it was taken into consideration. Lilly place staff make the environment supportive and consider your communication needs. The place can be tricky to find at first, but they were understanding over the phone to help me find the place as I get lost easily and was also not from the area.
Avoid them at all cost. Unprofessional staff who have crossed the boundaries and asked inappropriate and personal questions non related to the sessions. One of them even asked if she can have my piano teacher's contact details. Also cold and impersonal and lacking empathy. Avoid them unless you want to waste your time and money whilst getting no help at all if not getting worse than before you started
I’ve been attending Lilley Place for about 5-6 years. The staff are extremely professional, compassionate and kind. The two clinical psychologists I have seen at Lilley Place are incredible and they helped me through really rough periods. I have learned a lot about myself and am very resilient now. The clinic is lovely…they have diffusers and calming music playing in the waiting room. I highly recommend Lilley Place.
