Everyone is very kind and helpful. Even when I ask dumb questions.
Have done 2 different studies and they were always great! Very friendly staff and flexible scheduling!
I have always found them to be helpful with any questions and concerns. I had a motorcycle accident in Montana, and they worked with the Drs there to make sure there was no complications with the drugs. Very reassuring.
Lillestol's office staff are very courteous, efficient and helpful. I have received excellent treatment for every study I have been a participant. They give timely notification of upcoming appointments and good follow ups.
