Lillard Painting painted my stairway, ceiling, and hallway walls. T&B, the painters, were incredibly punctual and diligent, taking care to protect all surfaces and thoroughly prepare the area. They even repaired a section of my textured wall before starting to paint. The attention to detail was impressive, with no spills or streaks in sight. Lillard Painting was professional from start to finish of our outdoor deck and timber sealing job. The Owner came out personally and scoped and costed the job. All of the treated lumber was pressure washed and chemically cleaned in advance of the sealing process. Leaves were blown off from the affected areas. On 2 consecutive days, the Team came and hand-brushed and rollered the sealer into the timbers. They were on time and communicated with us. Drop cloths were used. Having known and worked along side of the Lillard family for many years at different properties and management companies I can unequivocally state that they are by far the best! Scheduling, repairs, painting and billing were always done quickly and in an efficient manner! So I had a leak in my bedroom on the ceiling and wall, which was from the upstairs ac unit according to maintenance, after they fixed the leak the repairs were scheduled with Lillard Painting who is the property contractor. They came when they were scheduled and were very thorough with the whole process including clean up which I appreciate. Where I lived before I had to have similar work done and that painting company did not have the same attention to detail. Thanks!
