Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I've seen Dr. LIll for years and so has my family. We can usually get in the same day and feel we are well taken care of. I've recommended her repeatedly and will continue to do so. She tells you what you need to hear (in a nice way of course) and cares for her patients.
