My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Michelle. We worked with her at this location on several occasions as my wife was searching for the perfect birthday gift. She was attentive and patient. We are very pleased with our purchase and would highly recommend her and all of the staff at Liljenquist and Beckstead.
This store has been one of our go to watch store since moving to the DMV and Michelle has been one of if not the best sales person. A lot of other locations would brush you off after the initial conversation but Michelle would contact us routinely to ensure we’re informed and treated as priority customers.

I just wanted to mention the kind and personal attention I received from Matt when I brought my Rolex watch in for servicing. A problem arose when it was returned with someone else's band/clasp. Matt was instrumental in coordinating arrangements for the return of the watches and exchange of the bands.
