Months ago My wife and I, we visited Liljenquist and was greeted by Michelle Chao, We looked around the store, tried on a few pieces and had a great conversation about watches. My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Michelle. We worked with her at this location on several occasions as my wife was searching for the perfect birthday gift. This store has been one of our go to watch store since moving to the DMV and Michelle has been one of if not the best sales person. A lot of other locations would brush you off after the initial conversation but Michelle would contact us routinely to ensure we’re informed and treated as priority customers.
