Called in a pick up order, went to pick at designated time and, after making me wait for over 15 minutes, I was told they forgot my order and never made it. I understand mistakes happen but there was no apology, just a shrug and "Oh, we forgot it." Then said "I guess we could put it in now." No, don't bother. A simple apology would have gone a long way.
I bought the “Saturday Special” yesterday and the pizza was fantastic. A very good deal. 2 medium pizzas for under $20. Thanks!!
The steak stromboli was delicious.
Slight mixup with the delivery but they settled it no problem and the pizza was great!
