I had initially been very happy with the treatment and care provided at this clinic, particularly under the care of Marzia, who was professional, honest, and informative. Her approach gave me confidence in the clinic and the services offered. Unfortunately, my more recent experience with Megan was deeply disappointing. Today I visited Lilium skin clinic in Berwick. I’ve never seen such an elegant and sophisticated clinic. The interior was very inviting. Mali offered me herbal tea, and refreshment while I was filling out a client form. The customer service was 10/10. I had skin needling treatment, Mali used DERMAPEN 4 she was very thorough and explained the entire treatment. My experience was amazing. I highly recommend this clinic. Not to mention Mali has a VU Bachelor of Dermal science I definitely felt at ease.
