I had a bouquet delivered to me from a friend through doordash as I had surgery. The bouquet delivered was not what she ordered and it stated a name and address thats not me or close to my address. I reached out to the company and they didnt care they said reach out to doordash. Keep in mind doorfldash takes what is given to them from the shop. IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! The left picture is what my husband ordered for me and my mom for Mother’s Day, and the picture on the right shows what was delivered. How did they think this was okay?? Not only were they completely different flowers for one of the arrangements, but to also only use 3 sunflowers for the other when the picture shows SO MUCH MORE. Definitely wasted money on this scam of a place.
This flower shop is ridiculous. Placed an order for Mother’s Day, they said it would be delivered by 11 and then at 10:15 they canceled the order with no explanation. I will never do business there again. They also have no website or any way to contact them except to call. I ordered them through Grubhub which said that it was available for Mother’s Day. Now my money is tied up for the next five days. Ridiculous business practices.
I order flower and the flowers was delivered was really embarrassing This store not a trustworthy the picture in their website is nothing like what they delivered Shame on you I hope this extra charge get spend on medicine for you You can see the picture snd be judge of it
