Had them install R30 between upstairs floor and downstairs ceiling. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The initial consultation was great, and they shared knowledge and explained things beyond just regular insulation.
Lilenthal was up for the job when no one else was. We live in an old 117 yr old house with insulation that needed updating. We had a layer of wood chip insulation with old rockwool on top and then fiberglass foam pieces on top of that. The last update was from the 1960s so the old stuff needed to be sucked out and replaced. We purchased wool batts from Havelock Wool that we wanted in place of that.
