Recent experience: January/26 I got some reason, due to a CT scan, I called on the 21st of December 29th for an appointment. I was told some person, Gina, would call me back to schedule. I found this odd. Days went by, I called for a check on why not yet called. I got a person with a rude attitude, like there was something wrong with me for not waiting longer. We were told to be at the hospital at 12:30. It is 3:40 now and they just took my wife in. How ridiculous is her scheduling. We should be out by 5:00 which means her colonoscopy in its entirety will be about 4 1/2 hours. Give me a break
As usual our healthcare fails us. Subpar at best.
