The best thing about Liliana was the fact that she would get back with me almost instantaneously whenever I had a question. Even if I had a question late at night, I would send it thinking she would get back with me the next morning, and she would just answer it late at night. I kind of felt guilty, so I stopped texting late! Still, everything went smoothly, and when I had concerns about doing the wire transfer for my down payment, she sat on the phone and talked me through it. An excellent experience!
