I came to this clinic to have one problem tooth filled. Following the doctor’s advice, I also had a few other teeth filled that had early-stage cavities but never caused any pain. Ironically, the tooth that never hurt before started causing constant pain right after the filling. It’s been three weeks now. I’ve returned multiple times, explained my symptoms clearly, and asked for a proper check-up. I've been going to her for almost 20 years she is the best !
This is the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Hernandez did my cleanings herself and her assistant is friendly and professional. Following Dr. Hernandez’s suggestions dramatically improved my periodontal situation. I initially chose this office because it was close to my work. I have since moved from the area, and I’ll be lucky to find another dental office as good as this one.
The front desk staff are extremely incompetent and rude! I called as a new patient to ask if the Dr was taking on new patients, the lady who answered mumbled her way through and made me wait while I heard her yelling at someone across the room, after that she put on the phone a lady who could barely pronounce my name and I had to repeat myself 4 times on how may name was spelled. I was the one who had to ask her if she needed my member Id as well as my group Id, so not sure how she was verifying my coverage, She stated she w... read more
I am currently 8 months pregnant with major gum pain. I called the office yesterday and they gave me am appointment for today. An hour before the appointment they called to inform me that i had a copay for a “broken appointment” from August 2020! And they wont see me unless i pay. Mind you i have been to their office about 10 times since then. Its September 10, 2024!!!!! Make it make sense
