Dr Gomez is on the Florida Blue preferred provider list but refuses to take clients with this insurance. As I also have Medicare , she claims that if Medicare denies so will BCBS. Even though BCBS customer service called her to say that is not true. Clearly, she has no understanding of insurance issues. Then she says I would have to pay the 20% co-pay. Which I agreed. But suddenly, she couldn’t hear me and hung up!
Great atmosphere. Great to combat ailments. Professional, courteous and detail oriented. Not to mention very compassionate and knowledge. Highly recommend
