I have been attending this clinic for 25 years and have absolute confidence in the Doctors who are knowledgeable, informed, and compassionate. They are up to date with the latest research and offer easy to understand explanations, and are always inclusive in decision making. Appreciated are the reminders I receive for upcoming repeat tests, and notifications of test results. Also the reception team and Practice Nurse are always friendly, efficient and helpful. I've been attending The Lilian Cooper Centre for several years and have always had the BEST of care. Mostly, they run on time with appointments. However, on the rare occasion they don't, this is of no concern to me. My experiences have been like I am looked after by more than just the doctor, a friend, as well. Sadly, my doctor is retiring .
