Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I would suggest finding one of the many other local notaries. For sake of reference I needed one document notarized. He determined it would cost 200.00. I found another notary who charged 35.00
We are a real estate company in Prince George. Notary is refusing to courier moneys due to us, blaming the Canada Post strike, and saying our only option is to come pick it up in person or pay an exorbitant ETF fee. Thier office is located 9 hours away from our location and this is dispute being on an undertaking to pay us. If you are a lender or real estate office refuse all files sent to this office
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this notary. Answered the call after a while and seems annoyed to answer questions… Charging $80 for an affidavit - single paper!?! Price gouging much? Better off to go to the next door Notary who is charging half the price.
