Not recommended -- based on his outrageous price and nasty attitude. The price he quoted me for a basic conveyancing service was outrageously above anyone else's in his profession. He even had the guts to say that if I were to find a cheaper notary, he would match that price. Why on Earth would I come back to him???? I called and told me they could do my documents. They give me an appointment and told me to email documents to confirm the price. After waiting for a response, I called back because it was 15 mins until my appointment and they told me they can’t do my documents. I asked why but they said they just can’t do it. I think this was unprofessional. They could have reply to my email if they couldn’t do it. The drive is 30 mins and was I supposed to know they can’t do it when I arrive at the appointment? Again unprofessional!
Very uncouth customer service. The person who picked up the phone was rude and arrogant. Avoid at all costs.
Rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. I would suggest finding one of the many other local notaries. For sake of reference I needed one document notarized. He determined it would cost 200.00. I found another notary who charged 35.00
We are a real estate company in Prince George. Notary is refusing to courier moneys due to us, blaming the Canada Post strike, and saying our only option is to come pick it up in person or pay an exorbitant ETF fee. Thier office is located 9 hours away from our location and this is dispute being on an undertaking to pay us. If you are a lender or real estate office refuse all files sent to this office
