This company is a scam company. I had them come out to replace a thermostat and just make sure the HVAC was in good shape at my parent's place right after my Dad passed. Before I know it, the guy had already replaced the capacitor and wanted hundreds of dollar for it. I did not approve this service. At the time I was so shocked and dealing with grief I just paid the $700 and called it a day. They also stuck stickers advertising themselves on the furnace, the outdoor unit, and the new thermostat.
