This company is a scam company. I had them come out to replace a thermostat and just make sure the HVAC was in good shape at my parent's place right after my Dad passed. Before I know it, the guy had already replaced the capacitor and wanted hundreds of dollar for it. I did not approve this service. At the time I was so shocked and dealing with grief I just paid the $700 and called it a day. They also stuck stickers advertising themselves on the furnace, the outdoor unit, and the new thermostat. Eddie helped me with a complicated fire hydrant installation on my property. He was polite, prompt, and very knowledgable. If you are trying to get work done in Chatham County, I highly recommend giving him a shout!
Highly disappointed! Do not recommend at all! They do not either answer the phone or return phone calls. They have, the few times that we have called, been inconsistent on their work. They might show up for the initial call, and may or may not start on the project, working only at max 1 hour , leave for the day, then do not show back up to finish the job, and also not returning phone calls wondering when they were coming back, We are not the only household that this has happened to.
