Highly disappointed! Do not recommend at all! They do not either answer the phone or return phone calls. They have, the few times that we have called, been inconsistent on their work. They might show up for the initial call, and may or may not start on the project, working only at max 1 hour , leave for the day, then do not show back up to finish the job, and also not returning phone calls wondering when they were coming back, We are not the only household that this has happened to. Shout out to Eddie Liles, owner of Liles Plumbing & Heating Co., Inc. for coming by on a Saturday to see if he could get us some heat. I called this morning expecting to get a call back on Monday. Our heat went out overnight (of course it waited until our temps are in the teens). The part may have to be ordered but he came by. That's what I call exceptional customer service. Small town living has it's advantages. Thankful for small business owners, a fireplace and an electric blanket.
