Bruce has been absolutely horrible to deal with at Cadillac, for a simple lease transfer that usually takes a 3-5 days to be completed, it took over 2 months and he wasn't able to communicate, answer every week once and can barely get anything done!

Very impressed with the customer service I experienced. AJ at the service dept was very knowledgeable and straightforward. I will definitely be coming back to have service done on our Chevrolet!
