Very disappointed with my visit to this salon. The customer service was extremely strange and unprofessional, especially considering the level of competition in the beauty industry today. When I walked in for a haircut, I was first surprised by the price, and then even more surprised by the owner’s attitude toward a customer. The owner was sitting and eating her lunch.
