In March of 2014 I met with the crew at Lila's Garden to rent a room for my massage practice and to teach Kundalini Yoga in one of the rooms upstairs. Oh boy did I ever hit the jackpot,a great place to do what I love and the microgreens are fantastic. The variety and flavor adds a punch to my meals . Every day yum,yum,yum !!!!!!!!!!!!
