I had a follow-up with Dr. Mansour scheduled two months in advance for October. This week, I received a call that her schedule had changed and my appointment needed to be moved. The first reschedule moved it to the day before, which was fine. no continuity of care, kicked me out while in the middle of a medical crisis, scheduled me for 2 procedures (stat) and than cancelled me as i lay on the table prepped and ready to go. full of miscommunication, mismanagement, and confusion and refused to allow even 1 min to discuss or meet with me. im still in awful pain and im 100% disabled, for them to throw me out without a care plan is inhumane and harmful. also her offices are ripped and horrible seating in waiting rooms, broken toilets and dirty all around. my sister ca... read more
