dr Mansour and her office is in complete shambles. she's appeared to be great, heaven sent even, at first and than, did a flip and kicked me out of the practice and gave me NO reason why! I wonder if it was me questioning the nonstop poking/proding of procedures, she loves to do her colon/endoscopies, remove gallbladders, and do invasive things. the rest of the time you just see her PA, which change to often. Her offices (north austin/plugerville) are filthy, and unclean. my sister got noro-virus from the office and they eve... read more

Do not go here! Dr Monsour "Top Doctor"? BS! I was so excited to see Dr Monsour. BUT so disappointed when I did & dealing with every one of the office staff. What kind of a doctors office is this?! The peope who answer the phone are from another country. They don't even try to understand or differentiate a"Customer Service " call from an urgent medical situation. They never call back. They pushed me out 2 months. I couldn't get into the portal. The lab didn't have my lab order and I left several messages for the NP to call m... read more
