Everyone was extremely professional & personable before, during & after this procedure. I approve of the admin staff as well as the medical personnel. The one criticism I would give is that patients CAN hear you as they begin coming out of sedation & some of the language used was NOT professional or polite. Some was crude & unworthy in my opinion.
Dr. Mansour was great, very thorough and solution oriented. Her office was able to get me in for a colonoscopy within the week. Overall, a really good experience
She’s very nice and personable. I searched for her after she left ARC, she was on the other side of town and to travel from Southwest Austin to Cedar Park for my procedures was worth the trip. Dr. Monsour is absolutely wonderful. She understands all of my concerns.
I recently had to do the dreaded colonoscopy. It had been 10 years since the last. The staff, nurses, and doctors are exceptional. The care and courtesy all provided were outstanding. The only challenge I had was the preparation process. The last time I had a colonoscopy, the preparation began at the start of the previous day. While it was no fun, it worked and the colonoscopy went smoothly. This time, I was surprised the instructions did not start the preparation until 5pm the day before.
