My procedure went smoothly and quickly and I was well informed about the results . Dr. Mansour has been my provider for years and I trust her judgement and expertise.
Looking for a new gastro doc. I had an appointment on June 5 with Mansour’s PA and was told they were going to have three in home tests mailed to me. I never received the tests and have been trying to reach someone via phone and the patient portal with no response other than “we will get back to you.” I was diagnosed with breast cancer two weeks ago and I keep telling them I’m trying to get these tests done before I start chemo to ensure I don’t have an infection but no one ever responds. Beyond frustrating!
Dr. Mansour is an excellent Gastroenterologist. She is very skilled and knowledgeable. I fully trust being in her care.
