A Doctor who actually cares and listens to what his patients tell him. Excellent patient care for the entire family!
Dr. Lilagan has been our family doctor for over 15 years and we love him. He is very personable. His staff are great that he has now and can always fit us in.
He a very good and understanding doctor. He keeps his costs down, and that is something I appreciate, he takes time with every one of his patients and he listens. He doesn’t have his noise stuck in a computer, and you feel like you are being listened too. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Dr Lilagan takes his time with us. That is why the waiting time in the lobby can be long sometimes but he is worth the wait. He explains things clearly and is very patient. His office building may be old, but I wouldn't judge a book by its cover. I know there are other patients who complain about not getting what they want from him (be it certain prescription drugs or certain procedures that are not appropriate for them). Office was dirty and outdated. Made an appointment for wart removal. Waited in lobby for an hour before being called in where again told him why I was there he then proceeded to give a full physical and ask the same questions repeatedly before telling me he couldn't preform wart removal and that we needed. To see a specialist. Completely waisted my time. Obviously a quack who can't perform the simplest procedure. Walked across the street to the urgent care clinic who had us in and out within 20
