I would like to just say that Kathy is amazing!!! She took her time and was really gentle with her massages. I’m a mom of 3 so you can imagine the daily stress and tension that I endured. I left feeling stress free and really satisfied. I definitely will recommend the deep tissue massage with the hot rocks. Be sure to tell her your pain tolerance because she will get them knots lol. But, overall if I can rate this a 10 I will rate it as that.
Cathy was my masseuse and she was super nice. The place is very comfortable and clean. I had a 75 minute massage with hot stones and she really focused on the areas that I said I needed support with. It was just the right amount of pressure and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.
Came in and this lady had her kid playing in the room. The mother of that kid gave me a massage. I gave her a $20 tip on a $70 massage. She ended the massage 15 minutes early and was yelling at me for not tipping more. I came back another time and she was yelling at me and the other massage therapist because I don’t tip well. $20 was well over standard 20%. I think this was the most relaxing massage I have ever had. Atmosphere was calming. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Massage therapists showed genuine interest in our needs (couples massage) and comfort level and focused on the areas that bothered me the most. The scalp massage was an added treat. Thanks Lilac team for a very enjoyable experience.
Me and my husband came for a 75 mins customized session. It was amazing! I had neck & upper back pain, my husband was having leg pain. The ladies did focus on what we need! We love the CBD oil and guasha! It was a wonderful experience and Kathy gave us stretching after that and professional suggestions. We definitely want to come back!
