Overall Wonderful – My boyfriend and I decided to celebrate our anniversary by getting a massage, but this was more than a massage. This was our first time going to get a massage, but this surpasses our expectations. When we walk in we were greeted by a friendly staff. The staff made us feel so comfortable and relax. They were so friendly and polite, we felt like we were on a romantic island. We chose the lovers retreat massage. All I can say, we'll be back. It was so romantic!
Horrible Therapist! – Retreat Spa is my favorite spa in south florida infact I with them for several times coz I like the sorroundings, friendly people but unfortunately Im sorry to say this lately I went there for 3x already I got a horrible therapist. She is new person. My first time with this particular person I couldnt sleep, I got back pains & got worst. Sorry about your experience. The great thing about massage therapy is that all the therapists have different techniques and styles. This is also why not every therapist will be a match with every client. We do our best to match therapists to clients. If a person is unhappy with a therapists style we would not expect them to return to the same therapist and usually will comp their next visit with a different therapist.
