They took us in last minute with our senior dog that unfortunately needed to be euthanized, they were very compassionate and affordable and patient! I will switching from our current vet to them as even though that was a sad day I was extremely pleased with the service.
So I took my cat(15yo) here back in August for an emergency visit due to lack of appetite. They were able to get me in that day and again later in the week when his symptoms didn't seem to improve. They gave me all needed medications and talked me through prescription options for some kidney problems we found. Additionally, they've had the kidney care food in stock when my shipments from other places haven't come in. All in all, extremely helpful
Lilac is always great with my pets and they understand and dont pressure you to get services you do not need.
Thankful to be able to get our dogs in when needed but front desk staff/office manager is not friendly!! We had issues after our dog had surgery on his ear because we were given incorrect instructions on how to care for it. So he ended up with more issues causing us to have to come back sooner and pay more out of pocket. Love the actual vet we were seeing but not great supporting staff
