We had a backflow valve installed and the service was exceptional. When installing, Mark encountered some previous owner DIY work but worked with us to make sure everything was good. They also handled the water district was extremely helpful. Everyone at Lilac was great to speak with!

Lilac installed my sprinklers and lawn over 25 years ago and continues to do all service to the sprinkler system. I recently noticed water accumulated in the valve box and Lilac was there the next day to complete needed service. I usually have Mark as the technician, and he is prompt, thorough, and respectful.

We've used Tim for a few years now for our backflow tests and had him out this Spring to fine tune and adjust our sprinklers. He is very knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I appreciate his skillset and wouldn't/won't hesitate to continue using his services in the future.

Did a fantastic job and took the time to go over everything. Went above and beyond to share additional information pertaining to how to take care of the lawn. It was a breath of fresh air to see that people still take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. Would highly recommend them.
