I am really happy with the service from Lilac. I had to call and leave a message, like most places in town. But, I received a call back within an hour to get scheduled. I've used Lilac for backflow testing, sprinkler repair, and blowouts. They provide top notch service, and Mark is more than willing to show you what he's doing and help teach you along the way. After multiple calls and quotes, I believe Lilac has the best prices in the area.

Tim came out to do our backflow test. I mentioned an issue we were having and he took time out of his schedule to fix it and ensure it works properly. I did acknowledge that he has appointments and I could reschedule but he made sure we were taken care of.

Today Tim with Lilac City Sprinklers came out to turn on my water and make sure my sprinklers are running correctly. Tim went above and beyond for me. When he found that the water didn’t have enough pressure he checked the lines and dug them up to get the line out of the bundle of tree roots. He did a great job for me. I would recommend him to do all you sprinkler needs.
