Have been calling and leaving voicemails for their billing department for over a week. No one will call back. Do not expect professionalism from this place.
The Lilac Center is not only unprofessional but the most unorganized "business" I have ever encountered. I saw a "therapist" at the Mission location for only a few sessions and it was mediocre at best. There is never any staff around, so if you have any questions, you're on your own. Also, they never told me how much they would be charging for me for appointments. Not only did they not take my insurance into account, but they would just randomly make up a number and decide that is what I should be charged per appointment. I ... read more
