If I could leave 0 stars I would.. Highly suggest finding another company to do your awning work. We signed a contract over 2 years ago, and the job is still not done. I still have wood from a deck they replaced all over my backyard. I even folded and agreed to $9,000 over the original project cost, for them to finish the rest of the awning plan, pick up trash, and finish the deck. They filled up one WM mobile bag and it sat on my front lawn for a month killing my lawn, still have over 2 bags left in my backyard. After two y... read more

Greg talks a good game, then doesn’t show up. I have hesitated to post the truth about him because I like to support regional businesses, but this guy is BAD NEWS! He showed up to get the order, then refused to show up for appointments and became belligerent when we tracked him down. When he did show up, after so many unanswered texts and phone calls we had to resort to threatening legal action, he came , without warning, late at night, and pounded away into the night. We had a great experience with lilac awning! As soon as they received all parts in, they installed that day and stayed late to ensure it was set up properly. Everyone was professional and very helpful!
Wonderful job by Greg and his team. Given these very challenging times in the home improvement space, Greg always kept us in the loop with the manufacturing delays and equipment issues. He was a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.
