We have been having our belongings cleaned and repairedat this business and never had a problem till they accidentally gave our item to the wrong person. Instead of takingaccountability they went on the offensive stating that they did not need our items or business and gave us a cheap replacement item for us to go away. They did provide a good service before that incident, which makes thisunfortunate.
